Fullerton Hotel

Fullerton Hotel, Singapore 2010

Originally the Singapore Fullerton Hotel was an office building built in 1919 and named after the first Governor of the Straits Settlements, Robert Fullerton. In the course of the following decades, internal modifications were carried out, and a first rehabilitation started in 1997.

The building has neoclassical elements and the high colonnade, as well as the royal coat of arms above the main entrance, give the observer a grand impression. In the years 1998 to 2000, the Fullerton building was again restored and transformed into a 400-room luxury hotel.
